Josh Cowan
Head Coach
Josh has a Masters Degree in Strength and Conditioning. He also holds a Bachelors degree in Sports Coaching and is a Fully Qualified EQF Level 4 Personal Trainer.
Josh has been working in Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning and Online Coaching since 2014. This period has provided a wealth of experience in coaching both high level athletes and clients who want to look and feel better about themselves.
Josh’s goal for everyone who he works with is to engrain the foundations of health and wellbeing first. Building not only strong physiques, but a strong, resilient mindset. His philosophy is simple – “we will have fun but we will get the work done.”
Zac Farrell
Senior Online Coach
Zac is the Senior Coach at Josh Cowan Conditioning. He has an arts degree in Leisure Management after completing a Personal Training Certificate along with Sports Massage.
Zac has been working in the fitness and coaching industry for 5 years, working with people who want to improve their health. Making training and nutrition as enjoyable as possible has always been his priority. In his own training, Zac has always tried to challenge himself, he takes great pride in giving 100% effort.
Zac always tries to set an example for his clients to follow – he will always “walk the walk” and “talk the talk”.
