Whether the goal is to loose body fat, or bulk up, having an individualised training programme in place is crucial to fast tracking your results. Having a training programme helps to systematically structure you’re training and takes the guessing out of the equation when you walk into the gym. This programme is designed to help you achieve your goals!
This package involves a specific training questionnaire which you will receive upon purchase. I will then analyse the information you provide e.g. weekly schedule, training goals, training history, competence on certain lifts, what types of training you like and dislike etc. and create a programme perfectly fitted to achieving your goals!
Lastly, we have our check in. In 4 weeks time, we will check in to see how you are getting on! We will monitor pictures, scale weight and subjective factors such as how clothes feel, how you feel you look etc. to evaluate our efforts thus far. We can then set the future blueprint for you to achieve your goals
