This package involves a specific nutritional questionnaire which you will receive upon purchase. I will then analyse the information you provide e.g. daily routine, eating times, food preferences i.e. what foods you like and don’t like etc. I then make an individualised, personal meal plan which is tailored to meet your needs and work towards achieving your goals.

Furthermore, I will also provide you a full review of your current nutrition habits, about where I feel you are going slightly wrong, and how I feel we can improve upon and get us to our desired physique.
Lastly, we have our check in. In 4 weeks time, we will check in to see how you are getting on! We will monitor pictures, scale weight and subjective factors such as how clothes feel, how you feel you look etc. to evaluate our efforts thus far. We can then set the future blueprint for you to achieve your goals
