4 Week Online Coaching Transformation (starts March 30th)

What’s involved:

Personalised Home Workout Training Plan – Tailored to you, your training experience, preferences and equipment available. From kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands and even with no equipment, I can construct a suitable, body weight, challenging and fun workout to work from.

Video Instruction and Demonstration – Each and every exercise you are prescribed, I will have a video available which will coach you through the exercise technique and teach you how to execute with precision.

Personalised Meal Plan – Tailored to your diet requirements, food preferences and food available.

Check Ins – These will occur  2x a week online with myself to evaluate how everything’s going and make subtle changes if required.
