Just a little bit about me. I have a Masters Degree in Strength and Conditioning, I hold a Bachelors degree in Sports Coaching and I am a Fully Qualified EQF Level 4 Personal Trainer.

I have 6 years experience in Personal Training and Strength and Conditioning and over 2 years experience in online coaching.

I have had a lot of good exposure coaching and working with both high level athletes and with clients who want to look and feel better about themselves.
