Optimising your time In the gym is so essential. Every single rep and set needs to be accountable for, especially in the field of sports performance. Always ask yourself or your coach, why am I doing this exercise or this many reps? Through this strength and conditioning programme, every rep and set is strategically put in place and geared towards improving your athletic ability either on the field, the track or on the court. This programme is designed to fast track your results using evidence based research to optimise your training. Every programme will be different, completely tailored to your needs and goals.
This package involves a specific training questionnaire which you will receive. Following this, I use the information you provide e.g. what sport you play, work schedule, training goals, training history, and exercise preferences etc. to make an individualised, personal programme which is tailored to meet your needs and your needs only. Every programme will be different and will involve exercise selection, reps and sets, tempo, loading and additional notes. It will also take into account how often you can train and therefore will dictate what type of program to use. For example, if you can train 4 times a week, an upper/ lower/ upper/ lower approach may be used, of course based on the information you give back.
