Having individualised training and nutrition programmes helps to systematically structure you’re workouts and food intake in order to reach your desired physique for your wedding is essential. It also takes the guessing out of it when you walk into the gym and when you have to think about calories and meals. These programmes are designed to fast track your results using evidence based research to optimise your training and nutrition and allow you to achieve your goals.
This package involves: (i) a specific training questionnaire which you will receive. Following this, I use the information you provide e.g. work schedule, training goals, training history and preferences etc. to make an individualised, personal programme which is tailored to meet your needs and your needs only. Every programme will be different and will involve exercise selection, reps and sets, tempo, loading. It will also take into account how often you can train and therefore will dictate what type of program to use. For example, if you can train 3 times a week, and fat loss is the goal, 3 full body sessions may be utilised. If you can train 6 times a week, and lean muscle gain is the goal, a push pull legs might be used.
(ii) Furthermore, this package also involves a specific nutrition questionnaire which you will receive. Following this, I use the information you provide e.g. daily routine, eating times, eating preferences to make an individualised, personal programme which is tailored to meet your needs and your needs only. In addition, this will allow me to find out your ‘Maintenance Calories’ or what you eat every day. Then we can programme around your goals i.e. to loose body fat, put on lean muscle etc. Dictated by your questionnaire answers, every programme will be different and can involve a strict, daily meal selection process, or it can involve a more flexible list of options that allows you to choose from, both ending the day on the same calories.
