I have a Masters Degree in Strength and Conditioning, I hold a Bachelors degree in Sports Coaching and I am a Fully Qualified EQF Level 4 Personal Trainer. Coming from a strong sporting background, representing my province in rugby at underage levels, I have grown up loving everything to do with sport and fitness. I have 5 years experience in Personal Training and Strength and Conditioning. I have had a lot of good exposure coaching and working with both high level athletes and with clients who want to look and feel better about themselves. So whether the goal is for Sports Performance, Muscle building or Fat loss, I’m your man.

My philosophy is simple, have fun but get the work done. I am very target driven and provide clients with personalised targets by the month, week and by the session to help keep motivation high. By continuously altering programmes, exercise selection and goals, I will keep your body guessing and adapting and the gym will become a place that you love instead of a repetitive cycle of boredom doing the same things every session.
